What types of events can The Belgrave Rooms accommodate?
We host a wide variety of events, including weddings, conferences, meetings, training sessions, workshops, private and corporate parties, gala dinners, product launches, and more. Our flexible spaces can be tailored to suit both intimate gatherings and large events.
How many guests can your venue hold?
We can comfortably accommodate anything from small groups to large events of up to 300 guests, depending on the layout and style of your event.
Do you provide catering, or can we bring our own?
We offer flexible options – choose from our in-house restaurant or catering service or bring in your preferred external caterer and make use of the kitchens.
Is there parking available onsite?
Yes, we offer convenient onsite parking for guests, as well as excellent transport links to the city centre. We are adjacent to the one of the major tram lines.
What audio-visual facilities do you provide?
We have recently invested in state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment to support conferences, presentations, live entertainment, and special effects.
Can we decorate the venue to suit our event theme?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to personalise the space with your own decorations, and our team will be on hand to advise on guidelines and help with setup.
Do you have accommodation onsite?
While Belgrave Rooms does not provide accommodation, we are located in the heart of Nottingham city centre and can recommend nearby hotels for your guests.
How do I book a viewing or secure a date?
Simply contact our events team to arrange a viewing. To secure your preferred date, we require a signed booking form and deposit.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit of £200 per booking.
Deposit of £300 against damages for self-catered events.
Is your venue dog-friendly?
With consideration to all guests, we cannot allow dogs unless they are assistance dogs.
Do you permit pyrotechnics
With regret, we cannot host indoor pyrotechnics.
Do you have disabled access?
We have disabled access via ramp to the right-hand side of the building. Lift to all floors.
